A KILLING OF THE LIGHT.
4 men, 4 women // 120 minutes

The year is 1937 in the mythical city of Lighthaven: where it’s night all the time and there’s no way out. For as long as anyone can remember, no transportation has ever worked. The city has turned to sunder; labor strikes have run rampant as the city has divided itself by class rank.
When a crime boss goes missing, private detective Nora Chandler and her restauranteur husband Henry submerge themselves into a complicated and spiraling mystery involving old flames, ulterior motives, and escape plans.
They're not prepared for what they're about to discover: a secret neighborhood called Lowertown, which houses the city's 1% and all of the city's transportation out. Now that Nora and Henry have discovered the city's biggest secret, the only ways out are through death or high water.
Equally a take-up on classic film noir and a sociological exploration of class divisions, wealth inequality, and modern violence.
